Tap the Power button on the control panel. Then, without letting go of the Power button, tap and hold the Black Copy and Resume buttons until a spinning wheel animation appears on the control panel. The printer should automatically restart within 20 seconds.

Power Reset
Turn the printer on, if it's off.
Wait until the printer is silent and idle.
With the printer turned on, unplug the power cord from the back of the printer.
Wait for at least 30 seconds.
Reconnect the power cord directly to a wall outlet without any surge protector and printer.
Power on the printer.
Review the copy settings
Tap Copy, Copy Document, or Copy Photo on the printer control panel.
Open and change the following settings using Touch Settings or the gear icon.
NOTE:
Depending on the device, you may need to scroll down the screen to access all settings.
Paper type: Copy speed may be decreased if photo paper is selected for a plain paper copy job. Select the type of plain or photo paper you are copying on.
You can, apart from that, open and close the paper tray to reflect a message on the control panel such that you will know what type of paper is already loaded.
Select tray: Select the paper input tray that has the paper utilized in copying the documents that you want to reproduce.
You can opt to save the current settings such that it will appear in future copies or as a new default
Mount the original document or photograph and start to reproduce the document.
